How do I redeem promo codes for my Safelink phone?

< Back to all FAQ's
There are promotion codes available for buying extra minutes on your Safelink Wireless phone, through it’s parent company, Tracfone.

You apply a promo code when you buy extra airtime minutes at Tracfone for your Safelink phone. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Tracfone website and click on “Activate Phone, Add or Buy Airtime” at the top right of the page.
  2. Click “Buy or Add Airtime,” enter your serial number, and then click either “Buy Airtime” or “Add Airtime”. To redeem your airtime, enter the promo code in the “Promotional Code” field.

Check our Safelink Promo Codes page for any current codes.

You can’t use a Safelink promo code to get minutes from Q Link, Nathan. They are completely different companies that compete with each other.
