CA life line !? after waiting more than a year and re-applied 3 times, “someone is looking into your quest / inquiry.” while logged “request / inquiry SOLVED.” It a con to get federal fund, not distribute received federal fund by not sending out phone, sent out reject / returned products that doesn’t work (see other comments), and apply poor customer services by brushing people off. This is a prime example why the economy is down the tub – everybody is on the federal relief badwagon, getting federal cash aid every which way (which intended for people who live below poverty line). It’s a sad, sad, sad day in America.
Stand up America. Stop using Budget Mobile. that’s the most effective message against these legalized thieves.

Us poor people deserves better customer services an choice of better phones,
They have no customer service, Every time I call the customer service number listed on the sign up paper they gave me and said keep, I just get like 4 beeps then the phone goes dead.
I’m vison impaired, I need a bigger screen. Plus this cheap made phone they gave me doesn’t work that good, I just want to know if I can buy a bigger and better phone or are we locked into using the phone they chose and provide us ?

This Companys name should be “Below Budget” They just plain suck! Their website is poorly designed and offers no information about who the service provider will be (t-mobile, at&t, ect) Nor does the website give any information on which Phones they carry ( are they Samsung, LG, Motorola who the fuck knows?)
This company seems to bed all about getting people to sign up and offer no support or valuable information to customer.

Don’t ever get a Budget phone, THEY SUCK! There customer service is the WORST in AMERICA! I’ve never had a problem with a phone company in my life! I got rid of them and my phone is OFF right NOW Because of THEM…BUDGET MOBILE! I switched services because there customer service SUCKS!

Can’t complain. they make it easy to add minutes. they do use refurbished phones. I have had a problem sending text messages once in a while. Seems to have been resolved lately. No problem with regular calls. Phone seems a bit cheesy but it works OK. Anytime I had to contact them the folks were polite and quick to please. Overall good experience.

I have alot of service interruptions.. Showing I have a voice-mail but when I call to hear it the line dose nothing for a while then hangs up if I call from another phone it says unavailable.. This can go on for up to two days straight other times I can’t make any calls when I dial a number phone just hangs up on its own. U have missed important calls because callers were told the line was out of service.. In a nut she’ll this service sucks!!!

I was FURIOUS when I called and this lady kept rambling off some script about activating. i kept trying to interrupt her to tell her I was NOT calling to activate. I already HAD a phone. She ignored me completely and I kept going, “Hello?”. She rambled on. I said, “Excuse me. Hello!” Still rambled on. I finally asked for a different person, and she transferred me to another number, where it was the same thing, but I noticed they kept referring to me as Miranda or something like that. I said, “My name is NOT Miranda.” They acted like they were talking and carrying on a conversation with someone ELSE! It was totally like I wasn’t even a part of the conversation! They were helping some other customer entirely, with ME still on the line! WTF!!!
I will say, however, I called back a 2nd time and got a VERY helpful person, who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. ??? Guess the first time I got a bad connection, and it literally crossed lines with another customer. WEIRD!
