Limited time offer for New Customers
Free Cell Phone & Unlimited Texts* & 500 Minutes for up to 5 Months**
* Unlimited Texts in NY, FL & TX, 1,000 Texts for all other states.
** After 5 months in NY, FL & TX the program continues with 250 Minutes and unlimited Texts,
in all other states after 3 months the program returns to 250 Minutes and 1,000 Texts.
When you enroll in the Safelink program you’ll be asked to choose one of three plans which will dictate the number of airtime minutes you’ll receive each month, how your minutes are carried over each month, if your international long distance is free or not, and how your text messages are charged.
Here are the three plans that are currently available from Safelink:
Free Monthly Minutes Included in Plan | Unused Minutes Carryover Each Month | Text Messages | Free International Long Distance | Voicemail Caller ID Call Waiting |
|
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Plan 1 | 68 in all states (80 in MA) | Yes | 1,000 | Yes | Yes |
Plan 2 | 125 | Yes | 1,000 | No | Yes |
Plan 3 | 250 | No** | 1,000 | No | Yes |
Note: Do not go over your 1,000 minutes allowance. If you do, you’ll be deducted voice minutes. With the 68 minutes plan your message deduction rate will be (18.5 SMS /min), for the 125 minutes plan (10 SMS/min) and for the 250 minutes plan (5 SMS/min).
You’ll note that the number of minutes per month varies with each plan, and with Plan 3 you get 250 minutes, double Plan 2 and almost quadruple Plan 1. However, you also lose some benefits as well, the biggest being the ability to carry over minutes from month to month.
Plan 1 and Plan 2 allow you to roll over your unused minutes into the next month. But with Plan 3, unused minutes will not carry over UNLESS you purchase and add more airtime by buying and redeeming a TracFone Airtime Card before the 25th day of the month. If you do this, they will roll over, but only for three consecutive months from the date of your last Airtime Card redemption. If you wait until the 26th day of the month, your airtime balance will be reset and not be carried over to the next month. (Adding more than one Airtime Card at the same time will not extend your airtime beyond the three months.)
Safelink really wants you to buy those TracFone Airtime Cards don’t they?
Another thing that is different is the text message charge. With Plan 2 and Plan 3, each text message you send or receive is equal to one minute of airtime. With Plan 1, however, it takes three texts to use up one minute of airtime. (Note that these text messaging rates apply even if a different rate is stated on an Airtime Card.)
The last difference between the plans is the International Long Distance Charges. The calls are no extra charge in Plan 1, but chargeable in Plan 2 and Plan 3.
It’s important that you understand the distinctions between the plans, or you are going to run out of minutes when you least expect to. If you are not happy with the plan you have, you can contact Safelink Wireless at any time to change to another plan.
Cynthia says
I understand new plan, but for unknown reason, I was switched from 68min every month to 350 every month & have to call every month to receive my minutes – I love the 68min they roll over – I had to buy a new phone since these changes – wishing the best to everyone that “are or have ” going through these “plans changes “- please do understand I am grateful but also hurt about cost & additional charges

Note: I have coworkers from Mexico who explained that TRACFONE was once owned by the former Mexican President and as it was illegal for him to own a business, he put it in his friends name. And the company has been known to not be on the up and up. I’m switching my relatives phone plan to another provider.
Free Government Cell Phones says
We don’t allow readers to leave links in the comments section, Chuck. But we can comment on your final point: There’s not a shred of truth to your last paragraph. Tracfone is, in fact, still owned by Carlos Slim, the richest man in Mexico. So is Safelink. But he is not the former president of Mexico. It’s also inaccurate (as far as we know) to say the company isn’t on the up and up.

Just FYI, Safelink has updated their plans. According to the rep I spoke to today, they only offer 350 free monthly minutes & unlimited texts with 1GB/month of FREE data. No minutes roll over at all (he also said that the minutes never did roll over, but I know that’s not true because I had Safelink service until a year ago and was able to bank over a thousand minutes at one point).
There may be a difference due to the fact that Safelink now ships (and allows the use of) smartphones, which get one basic plan, where the old school flip phones were the ones that allow you to choose your plans. I don’t know, because I won’t ever use another flip phone.
I did feel a responsibility to let you know that from the 27-minute conversation I had with Safelink tonight, they say they no longer have a choice in plans in regards to the free phones and minutes provided by the government. It does appear that the only plan you get is the one you pay for.

I’ve been sitting here reading “comment” after comment(questions really) from people who just don’t seem to either 1) Care 2) Are illiterate 3) Want someone to blame regarding their accounts. You couldn’t have written any more clearly that “We are not your cell phone company.” I mean, it’s just one question after another of people saying, “I need YOU to send me a new phone, or transfer my number, or why don’t I have data.” These people seem to be able to write(most of them anyway), but obviously have trouble with the reading part. Why the hell would you ask the author of a blog, in the comment section, to send you a new phone? Do these people also go to Webmd and ask them for their latest blood work analysis, or when they can have that triple bypass surgery? I’m sorry, but I just don’t understand it. I have a safelink phone but can only use it in my home town where I registered it. I work 6 miles out of town& can not use it. Safelink keeps telling me it’s because of where I registered the phone that I can’t use it anywhere else. Is this the same for all companies?
Free Government Cell Phones says
That’s a pretty crazy answer they gave you, Nellie. If your phone doesn’t work where you work, it makes far more sense that the company has fewer towers and weaker signal there. If that’s the answer, each company’s signal strength is different everywhere depending on how many towers they have in that area.
Sharon says

Angela says
I bought a phone through the link on Safelink’s website. It’s a T-Mobile phone. (My advice, DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM. 50% charge on restocking fee if you want to return it. Just buy a TracPhone at a local Family Dollar). It worked fine for the first 2 days, then began with the “message blocking is active” messages when I would attempt to text. I went back to my original phone because i was tired of going in circles with customer service, sim cards, and excuses like “it’s because you don’t have 3G”. So I re-certified recently after my account was cancelled (my service days went from 300+ to 30, called, customer service said “oh its just a glitch in the phone” and that i wouldn’t get cut off. Of course I got cut off). After 5 days of calling back and forth, I finally was escalated to someone who knew what they were doing. He sent me the correct sim card (the sims for smartphones are different than the handhelds). I can make/receive calls, but message blocking is active again. I have tried EVERY option possible in settings, tried updates…the only accounts i can text with are service accounts. This is something on Safelink’s end, because I can’t even place the “my account” app from TracPhone on my phone due to it not being recognized as an active phone. Safelink is ridiculous, I tried to switch over to Assurance but you have to wait 90 days from being unenrolled with Safelink by law. Anyway, resolving the “message blocking” issue is a year and a half in and still not resolved… HOWEVER, I really think this service really relies on cs agents that actually know what they’re doing. I’ve worked in call centers before and this is the worst service EVER. If you have to call them go through Technical Support option over the other options, that seems to get you to someone who can communicate properly, and if they don’t have an answer for their issue they will find someone who will. It’s a lack of training and competent employees thats the issue (most with a crappy attitude to boot!).

Mohinder L Jerath says
I have received a text message from safelink that states that for $12 I can buy extra 500 minutes to add to my current plan I am not very fond of using text messages and do not need that. The other question is is safe link offering free service to browse the internet. Plus, as a sake link client , can I buy my own smart phone , plus a sim card and will safelink provide the same fee 500 minutes and free browsing as applicable with a smart phone.
Free Government Cell Phones says
That’s a lot of questions, Mohinder. In answer to your questions: They will give you texts each month, but you do not need to use them. Yes, every Safelink free government cell phone company must now offer plans that include internet. And finally, you can use your own phone, but you need to discuss the make and model with Safelink in advance because not all cell phones are compatible with all cell networks and you don’t want to end up with a phone that’s not compatible with Safelink’s network.

I haven’t received my phone yet what’s the hold up
Free Government Cell Phones says
How long has it been, Kim. Most companies say it will take two weeks, but our readers often tell us it takes three or even four weeks.
Debbie DeCaro says
Hi I need your help., I live in Tolleson,AZ 85353. I take care of my Dad. He is a WWII 96 year old Veteran. He use to live in Naples, FL and I got him a phone with a FL #. What I would like to know is he eligible for a FREE PHONE and PLAN keeping his current FL #.. We both are on low low income. I hope that I can get him a phone and plan with you.
Also, his wife lives in Springfield,MA, because of medical reasons. Neither one can travel.because of their health. I also got her a phone that has an AZ #. She doesn’t live with us but I would like to know if She can get a Free Phone and Plan and keep her phone #.. You can email, phone or text me. I await to hear from someone who can help me. Thank you, Debbie DeCaro 623-703-****, ********@gmail.com
Free Government Cell Phones says
There are a few issues here, Debbie. First, yes, your dad should be able to enroll with an Arizona company and keep his phone number. Just make sure you tell customer service “I want to port over my current phone number.” Here’s where you can find a complete list of free government cell phone companies in your state:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/states
Same answer for your dad’s wife, but with a slight twist. She can also keep her number but she must also tell customer service “I want to port over my current phone number.” The problem here is that you’ve given what amounts to a false address for her. This could cause problems if her service provider ever finds out. Her account could be terminated because of “fraud.” We understand why you did it, but the phone companies have very strict rules they are required to follow and her account may get terminated. You really do need to get her a phone at her current Springfield, Massachusetts address.
Donna M. Brown says
I registered for SAFELINK as soon as I became aware of the program. I took VERY GOOD care of my phone and guarded my minutes carefully. When my phone disappeared from the public library, SAFELINK told me to go to Wal-mart and purchase a TRAC PHONE, as I simply could not be without my phone for 3 to 6 weeks. My father was doing very poorly and I was going to have to drive four states away at the drop of a hat. SEVERAL months before that incident, SAFELINK stopped adding my minutes EVERY MONTH!!!!……..probably 8 months!!!! when I tried to use my dwindling minutes, I was told that you stopped ADDING ALL minutes after 17 January “because Obama was no longer President. They had been withholding minutes LONG before then, yet a MANAGER(?) promised it would not happen again……but it has continued. Please advise…
Donna M. Brown says
PROBABLY NEVER……and they will give you some confusing reason why they won’t!!!!!!
Free Government Cell Phones says
We find it impossible to believe that Safelink told you they wouldn’t give you minutes because Obama was no longer president. The program continues no matter who the President is.
Cassondra warren says
Hi my name is cassondra warren I am suppose to have unlimited texted minutes and I don’t and I need to so that I can get in touch with my son everyday without it having to take away minutes
Free Government Cell Phones says
You need to contact customer service, Cassondra. You can do that by calling 6-1-1 on your free government cell phone.
Darleen J. Godfrey says

Vicki Roudonis says
I live in an area where I need a phone that does not use the Tracfone system but uses the Frontier network instead. Tracphone had to send me a different phone from the one they originally sent and once we got that one activated I have had no further problem. Until now. That phone is getting more difficult to charge and is not holding a charge like it should. I contacted Safelink and the sent me out a phone – no, they sent out two phones. I’m trying to get one back to them and get the other activated, but am having problems with customer service – primarily trying to understand them and as I type this I am on hold (I think). I was having enough trouble understanding her as she tried to explain something that Ii asked for someone for whom English is a first language. I heard a beep and then nothing. No asking me to hold on, no Yes, I can do that, just the beep of a button being pushed and occasional background noise from the call center. No one answering me when I say hello, is anybody there, helllloooOOooooo. Very frustrating
Amy says
Is it possible to switch plans? I’ve called 661 already, but it did not help much.
Free Government Cell Phones says
Clarification: Do you want to switch to another plan from the same company or switch from one company to another?
manal alhafez says
why my number stop service?
Free Government Cell Phones says
We have no way of knowing, Manal. Because we are not your service provider. To get the answer to your question, contact your service provider’s customer service team.
Michael says
“18.5 SMS /min”
What does SMS mean?
Free Government Cell Phones says
“Short Message Service (SMS) is a text messaging service component of most telephone, World Wide Web, and mobile telephony systems. It uses standardized communication protocols to enable mobile phone devices to exchange short text messages.” In other words, texts.

Free Government Cell Phones says
Do you qualify, Karen? You can check out all the different ways to qualify at this link:

Cameron says
Hello.
I know you guys are NOT SafeLink. My question to you as a independent observers: How are these phones? Aside from minutes and text, where smartphone technology is concerned, how would you rate the performance of SafeLink phones? Are there any free features? I’ve never owned a smartphone before and am thinking about starting with one of these.
What else can one do with these cell phones other than calling and texting people? Is there a camera(s)? What are the megapixels? Can you take videos? Can you upload and play music files? Is it user-friendly. Anything else you can suggest about these phones? Are they Magic Jack compatible? USB compatible?
Free Government Cell Phones says
We don’t rate the performance of the free government cell phone companies, Cameron, but you can easily read our readers’ comments on this page. Of course, they’ll seem overly negative, but we attribute that to the fact that happy customers usually don’t comment, but unhappy customers do.
New regulations (as of December 2, 2016) say that all new customers should receive smartphones. Some companies weasel their way around that by saying you must apply online (or other wording) but in most cases you will receive a smartphone with a camera. The pixels depend on the make and model of phone you receive. You should be able to take videos if you receive a smartphone. You should be able to upload and play music files, but data is often quite limited. We must admit that we have no knowledge of Magic Jack, so we can’t answer that question.
Shayshay says
I rate them 💯because you can transfer all your information from one phone to another one of the best phones i have ever had do the same as one of those expensive phones dont argue with me try it im just sharing
Wanda says
What is the number for customer service??
Free Government Cell Phones says
Check the article again, Wanda. All the contact info can be found down toward the bottom.
deborah marr says
try calling the number 611 for customer service, works for me.
Melussa says
Worst phone service.. Ever. Do not think that this service is helpful in all areas because it isn’t. My mother nearly died trying to get an ambulance because she couldn’t get a signal. Customer service left me on hold for 45 minutes and still can’t get any resolution.
Philip jessup says
I had a safelimlnk wireless phone but it is no longer activated. I want to reactivated my phone but I want to use an android phone I already have
Free Government Cell Phones says
Not all cell phones are compatible with all cell phone networks, Philip. So you best bet is to contact Safelink customer service to find out if your specific phone will work with Safelink’s network.
Shamra Rider says
What model phone will I be receiving from safelink
Free Government Cell Phones says
There’s no way to know for sure, Shamra. Each company has a lot of different makes and models and they hand them out randomly.
Ashley Pride says

Free Government Cell Phones says
You don’t have a phone with “us,” Ashley, because this isn’t Safelink. This is an independent website. Contact Safelink to get your question answered.
Shayshay says
What phone do you have assess to now if u have any phone thats active u can tranfer your stuff n to your government smartphone if u lost your government phone you need to call them again explain the situation someone will make sure you get a replacement
Free Government Cell Phones says
That’s not quite accurate, Shayshay. Not all cell phones are compatible with all cell networks, so the phone you have may not work with your service provider’s cell network. Check with customer service or tech support to find out if the phone you have will work.

James Eaton says

Carolyn Tingler says
Can trade my cell phone for a Smart phone ?
Free Government Cell Phones says
This is one of the crazy inconsistencies in the free government cell phone program’s new rules and regulations, Carolyn. New customers get free smartphones, but current customers will be required to pay a relatively small fee to upgrade to a smartphone.

So I just got my phone Dec. 27 , yesterday I tried sending a message and it said “message blocking is active” . what does that mean? And they told me messaging and calling was unlimited?
Free Government Cell Phones says
Not a clue. Any other Safelink customers want to chime in with a definition of what it means?
Hector says
The other persons phone is off.
Angel Self says
Did u ever figure out why it was saying blocked messages?
Free Government Cell Phones says
It looks like no one else has ever had that experience, Angel. But if your phone has been unused since January 6 (when you left your original message), your account has been cancelled by now. You need to contact your service provider’s customer service team.
Cori says
I’ve had my phone & service a total of 16 days. 12 of those days none or part of the service hasn’t worked. First it was I could not make calls at this time & Free message blocking is active. I have called and called and called customer service. I could quote you their non informational script by heart now. Finally can make & receive calls but still not texts. When I call customer service I am told this issue has already been trouble shooted previously for my account & to wait 4 hours to see if it comes back on. They refuse to do anything but read the script & tell me to wait. Worthless. Absolutely worthless. If anyone has any fix for this please post it. I can’t handle calling their customer service any more. It’s beyond ridiculous.
Mad says
It means that either tracfone or safelink has turned off your texts and that you need to get a hold of them, good luck with that! Worst customer service ever!
Christina Gallagher says

Free Government Cell Phones says
We’re not sure what message you’re getting, Tiffany, but is it possible that you’re being notified that it’s time to do your annual recertification? Have you done one yet?
Rene Lagunas says

We would suggest that both of you get on the phone together. You can find the contact information for both companies on this page:

Check them all out carefully, because you may be able to find a plan that offers more minutes, more texts, data, etc. And as of December 2, all new customers get smartphones.
Sandy burket says
They took me off the 125 min roll over plan as of Nov. 3. Said that plan no longer exists. I had to change phones because it was a 2g phone and was promised I could keep my original plan. I have been with safelink for years. I have almost 3000 min and their telling me now I’m going to get 500 mins. and no roll over NO CHOICE. After a month they will be taking away any unused mins of that 500 and any minutes I have paid for on my own, unless I buy a card. They will ripe my phone clean. I don’t have money for that. How do they get to do that? Not very happy……what can I do?……….Sandy
Free Government Cell Phones says
There is not much you can do, Sandy. No doubt it is unfair, but the FCC just changed the rules on everyone as of December 2.
Amen says
People ! Please Listen to me DO NOT sign up for Safe link at all They are ripping you off. WHY? Here is why. All they are giving you is $3 or $7 worth of minutes depending which plan you have 60 or 150 min plan that carry over. And 250 min Do Not carry over. And with that, they will not Allow you to use a better phone! Even if you save some money and buy a phone on your own or get a gift for some sort of Smart phone or Android phone which the whole world is using.
So they give you or allow you to buy those regetty a$$ 20 years old phones on which you CAN NOT see any thing, you can not see the key pad specially if you have disability have arthritis or low eye sights.. forget about using those phones. You can not see the weather, you can not use the web. Even the Dog won’t use those phones.
Because people at Safe link wireless believe that you are poor and disgusting or you are old and no good for nothing. Now if you just buy any unlocked smart phone or some of Tracfone own smart phones and buy $20 airtime card that would give you 300 minutes that you can use for up to 90 days, so that come out to about $7 a month, and with that you can have a real phone that you can use the web and actually see and read the screen and use the key pad with big buttons plus you can check the weather, email and use other gadgets like calculator, alarm, currency, unit converter and many many more things that comes with any android or ios. Yea some of those things are available in those 20 years old safelink phones on that 3″ phone with 1.5″ screen and good luck with that you might rather shoot your self in the head while doing so…).
Trust me some of those smart phones are less then $20 on line or even at Walmart on tracfone section. I bought one for $17 and no tax and that was LG Realm go look up the features of it 4.5″ Android another one ZTE Speed best buy selling for $20 and many more.
Now here is the kicker.. When not so too poor people and just people on a budget buy a tracfone and use the air time card they are free to carry over mins on those nice smart phones, but if you are a really poor or elderly or disable and sign up for safelink then off course you are bound with safelink oppressive rules by only allowed to use 20 years old non Android dog phones! YET… YET They “Safelink” wants you to go buy additional tracfone airtime card and spend the same amount of money as every one else but… you are not allow to use better phone even if you get your own or some one give it to you PLUS Your min that you buy from Tracfone are not eligible to carry over as you can read in this article just as all the other thing it mention in this article like; What if you are on hold with Dr’s office or calling welfare office and need more min etc. etc. and in the end they makes it like they are giving you a favor to let you buy tracfone airtime card with safelink dog phones WITH OUT the regular benefits of using of Android phone and other perks as others who buy Tracfon airtime card who aren’t with Safe link..
Why? Because as I said Safelink Wireless believe you don’t deserve it as you are poor, sick disable, vatran or elderly and just no good so they wants to stiff you more and pretend they are giving you a favor.
So WHY? in the World would you wants to do that? Why don’t you just ditch safelink and their dog phones in landfill and just get the $20 nice smart phone with BIG display that you can read and do millions of other things including the use of world wide Web…
Time to Ditch Safelink Wireless. Sorry Saflink for informing people and You Welcome Tracfone I should receive a Nice smart phone and free service from Tracfone soon..:)
This is for all my fellow Americans who spent endless time on hold and disgusting service and horrible Dog phones from Saflink Wireless.
PS: Please note all other government subsidy carriers and services DO allow you to use Android phones and gives you more minutes like Assurance wireless, Access Wireless etc here is the complete list.
Free Government Cell Phones says
The plans out outlined are obsolete as of today, Amen. It’s December 2, 2016 and as of today all free government cell phone companies (Safelink included) are offering more minutes, data plans, and smartphones as mandated by recent FCC regulations. Check out to changes to the Safelink website to see the new offers.
Ranae Bultman says

I just upgraded to a smartphone thru safelink. I. Need to know how this works. I can’t see remaining minutes on the phone and it gets online without my hotspot on, so does that take minutes away also? Can you buy data cards and use them with government phones?
Free Government Cell Phones says
We can’t tell you how to see your remaining minutes for a whole host of reasons, but yes, you can buy minutes. Here’s an article that tells you more:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/buy-airtime-for-lifeline-phones-through-ready-wireless-new-airfair
Kristan says
I spoke to Tracfone about how to check minutes balance. They replied: “To see the balance, call *777*1# from your phone. or Download the Tracfone My Account App from Google Play Store.”
Tracy Davidson says
My safelink phone I received 5/2011 doesn’t work hardly at all losing calls or no svc. 10/31/16 I got a text message from Safelink saying my plan was changing to 500 minutes/mo on 11/1/16 to be used each month and a new set of 500 mins would be added for the next month. I have plan 2 and have 6600 mins banked. My 6600 minutes were wiped out. I called the 800 SAFELINK phone number w/the text and talked with Jesse (in the phillipines) in tech support. My old phone is 2G and all towers are 3G & 4G so that’s the problem. I need to buy a tracfone smartphone and call back talking to tech support to transfer svc. Jesse put my 6600minuts back on my 2G old phone. Jesse explained my new svc would give me 500 mins on the 1st that would expire at the end of the month, each month. My banked minutes of 6600 would only be used after the 500 for the month were gone. I would have to purchase airtime – just a $10 card of 30 mins – every 3 months with the first one by 11/24/16 AND make one call per month to keep my safelink svc active. Jesse said not to add time until I got my smartphone because smartphones x3 the purchased mins, where my old 2G only x2.
So I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Luna Tracfone for $100 from the Best Buy store in the mall. I then began at 6pm today the process to transfer. Here is my nightmare: It’s now 11:30pm, 5.5 hrs laters and 5 different tech support people who have instructed me to set up email, tracfone my account app, etc. All of which have not gone as stated and resulted in my calling back and getting ref or ticket numbers for the next time. The end result is my old phone has no service, my new phone has confirmed tracfone service set up but NO MINUTES. All my minutes have been wiped out, no 500 free minutes and I must purchase airtime to get any service. Seems my Safelink tracfone service has been converted to a tracfone service of somesort awaiting me to purchase time as there is zero! Tracfone has made me purchase their phone, taken all my minutes and ended my safelink service. All I have is a 5th reference # saying that sometime they will add the minutes back. When I asked Dana (the 5th tech person tonite) how long “maybe 2 hours, maybe 2 days, maybe longer”.
This is WRONG! This safelink website still offers my plan 2 and safelink service. Why is tracfone targeting me and taking my minutes away, taking my service away, and falsely informing me that I need to buy one of their smartphones to transfer my service? Seems this should be fraud and criminal.
Any ideas or explanations would be appreciated.

Here’s our advice: Call back (sorry) and ask for a supervisor. Tell that person you are going to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission, the USAC, your state’s public utility commission, and the Better Business Bureau. You write very clearly and persuasively and the Lifeline companies hate having people like you (good writers, that is) file complaints with their governing organizations. Here’s an article that will tell you more about filing those complaints. Make sure you read it thoroughly before you have your conversation with the customer service supervisor so you sound knowledgable and informed:

I need to have a flip open ph. They are bigger as I have large hands
which makes it easier for me along with the pad buttons. Only draw
back I have with the Tracfone is there is not enough ear volume to
clearly hear. Otherwise I love the phone.
2) Is there some way that I can transfer all of my phone numbers from
my Tracfone, to the SafeLink ph. I just got? I received an LG328BG cell ph.
Please advise and thank you for your forum. I learned a lot tonight reading
all of the questions with timely answers from you folks.
Regards!

Those are both technical cell phone questions, Don, and although we are proud to be experts in the free government cell phone program, we are not experts in cell phone technology. They’re two completely different subjects. We would suggest that you contact Safelink’s tech support team to get accurate answers.
Barbara says
Sounds like you are not experts, period.
Free Government Cell Phones says
We’re very sorry we’re not what you want us to be, Barbara. No, we take that back. The only thing we’re sorry about is that you’re such a snotty, ungrateful individual. Feel free to find some other website that satisfies your needs.
Robyn says
Great answer Free Government Cell phone. She is very ungreatful.
Cori says
That’s an unprofessional response. Why should she be grateful to you? You’re not the one giving away free cell phones/plans.
Mattie says
I want 3 cell phone. Pls update on my phone
Free Government Cell Phones says
You can’t have three cell phones, Mattie. The programs regulations state that only one free government cell phone is allowed per household.
Robert says
I have a Safelink phone and have had the service for 3 years. I have transferred the service to a Tracfone that I had. All you have to do is call and let them know that you are wanting to transfer service to the other phone. They may have to send you a new SIM card for the phone. They will explain it all to you if you ask them about it.
Cori says
To answer your question (since the people here cannot), you can transfer an existing tracfone to safelink. You will have to call SAFELINK customer service (their number is listed on their website) and have them send you a new sim card in the mail. Once you receive the new sim card, call their customer support and they can walk you through activating it. Do not put the new sim card in your phone until you are on the phone with them.
I know that if you transfer an existing safelink phone to another safelink phone, you will be able to keep your number. If you are transfering a tracfone (with an existing tracfone account) to a safelink phone, I am unsure if you will be able to keep that tracfone number. Call ahead and ask them.
**. Side note: Safelinks customer service hotline gets connected to a call center in the middle east. Please know that there WILL be a language barrier & it could take some time to get what you are trying to get done. Just be patient. I suggest using a landline to call them if possible, because calls to them (even though it is an 800 #), WILL be taken out of your safelink minutes, and cosidering the language barrier, it usually takes a long time.
John M Cisneros says
I have a safelink phone and want to upgrade with my own phone and ordered a Sim card kit, but its the wrong Sim how do I return it for the right one
Free Government Cell Phones says
Congratulations, John. That’s a question we’ve never heard before. It’s also a question to which we do not have a definitive answer. You need to contact Safelink customer service to get an answer.
Don B says
Easiest way to upgrade phone is log in to safe link and click on support, upgrade my phone. From there just follow it. That way you don’t wind up handing to return items that don’t work
Haylee Gansz says
Phone no longer works
Free Government Cell Phones says
Here’s an article that tells you how to get a replacement for lost, stolen or broken phones:

Barbara says
I am new to the service and was enrolled in a plan without an option to choose. My plan does not allow roll over minutes month to month. It gives more minutes each month but all unused minutes are lost each month. Why was I not given a chance to choose which plan would work best for me?
Free Government Cell Phones says
We do not have a clue, Barbara. You’ll need to ask Safelink customer service.
James says
If you go to safelink you can switch your Plan
Jeanne Thibault says
Confused..I thought I have unlimited Texts in FL but each text takes .30 from my minutes??
Free Government Cell Phones says
Safelink does advertise 350 minutes and unlimited texts in every state except California (where minutes are also unlimited). You should definitely contact customer service (call 6-1-1) to discuss this problem.
James says
I’m in S.C. And I have been with Safelink since 2012(Late 2012) And for a Long time it use to take Time every txt I sent but its been a few years since I have had that happen. I get the 350mnth talk time, and Unlimited Txt.
I bought in 2014 a TRACFONE (NO smartphone) Since they were not allowing them at the time, But I got a LG Its a touch screen,I found a few nice cases on Amazon for it, Anyway its worked great since I have had it. The ones they send R GARBAGE!!!!
At the time all I did was go to Dollar General and I think I paid 30bucks at the time for the phone, Came home called Safelink and got my account switched to my new phone with no issues ..
I just got a TXT Today 10/27 telling me starting NOV1ST Their upgrading my Voice Time to 500Min.
Not sure why, Honestly Dnt care. bUT U shouldn’t be having your talk time taking away when you Txt someone, They stopped doing that long ago.
Only time I get my min taken off is if I of course call and speak to someone or if someone sends me a Picture..
U may wanna go to safelink’s website and look at the 3 plans they normally have on their site to choose from, Its going to ask you for your ENROLLMENT # and zipcode, But its not a issue if u dont have it just click FORGOT , and then it just asks for your DOB, ZIP,AND LAST 4 SS…Then you will get logged into your account..
Hope that helps..
Free Government Cell Phones says
Thanks for the good advice, James.
Melissa says
I need to shut off this service. How do I do it. I dont have my enrollment id
Free Government Cell Phones says
Call 6-1-1 on your free government cell phone. That will connect you to customer service and you can tell them that you want to shut off your service. They will be able to find your account by your name, address, social security number, phone number, etc.
James says
Just go to the site, u dnt need the enrollment ID, just click FORGOT enrollment ID at the bottom.
It will then only ask for your DOB/ LAST 4 SS#/ AND ZIP
tHEN it will log you right into your account. From there u will see where u can cancel service..
I have been with SL since late 2012 and I went to dollar General at the time and bought a different phone, Its a LG, touch screen. Its not very big but its 1000x better than the Garbage they send you..
Anyway It isnt a smart phone, No android, back then couldnt use smart phones. But I came right home called them and we transferd my service to my new LG phone, I have got my time ever since. Then Today out the Blue I get a TXT from safelnk telling me starting NOV1ST I will be upgraded to 500min.
Not sure why, but Im not going to argue about it.. I Plan on buying a LG TREASURE from TRACfone and switching it to SAFELINK in the next week or soo. Its a normal Android smart phone, 5′ screen size etc. Im hoping since I already have an LG phone with a Simcard I can take it out my old phone and slide it into the new one and my Service will be transfered due to the SIM.
I doubt its going to be that easy though..
But I honestly have never had any issue with safelink.. Anytime I have told someone about them, and They use me as a Referral I get xtra time for it, Before I bought my own NON smart phone back in 2014, I would call and I had theem send me 2 different phones, I had a Flip phone from them until I lost it and got the one I have now..
Hope I could help with you enrollment issue…
Debra Ann Clemons says
I have a safe link phone but it doesn’t stay charged. also how do I get a internet connection? do I need to buy a plan? my # 916 634-****. Debra Ann Clemons
Free Government Cell Phones says
We have information for you, Debra Ann.
First, here’s an article that tells you how to get a replacement phone:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/faq/i-lost-my-phone-how-do-i-get-a-replacement
Next, if your service provider won’t give you a replacement phone, you can always switch providers and get a new phone from your new provider. Here’s an article that tells you how to do the switch. It’s pretty simple.
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/faq/how-do-i-switch-lifeline-providers
And if you decide to switch providers, here’s where you can find a list of all the Lifeline free government cell phone companies in your state:

Kyzer says
I was told a brand new Trac phone can be used as a new phone with qlink. I was just needing to know before I go buy one
Thanks
Free Government Cell Phones says
We always hesitate to answer questions like this because it’s impossible to keep up with all the technology and corporate changes, Kyzer. Your best way to get an accurate answer is to contact Q Link by phone or online.
tiffani carrillo says
I was wanting to know if I got approved for my phone. My info is *** shepherdsville rd. Louisville KY. 40219. Thanks
Free Government Cell Phones says
We’re not Safelink, Tiffani, so we can’t tell you the status of your application. If you want to find out that status, go to the Safelink website, put in your zip code, and then click on “My Account” and then click on “Check Enrollment Status.” It will tell you the info you need to know.
Linda Tarrant says
Just got your text message offering 350 minutes for $10.00 but am not able to get offer of MoneyGram how can I buy this offer
Free Government Cell Phones says
This isn’t Safelink, Linda. So you’ll need to contact that company’s customer service team to get your question answered.
Bill Selfridge says
Received an email to purchase 350 minutes for $10. It says these minutes are for only 30 days of service time. How does this work with my current free minutes each month (i have plan 3 with no rollover)? Do I lose these paid minutes if I don’t use them within 30 days? Do you deduct my free minutes first and then my paid minutes?
Thanks for your help.
Free Government Cell Phones says
We are unable to discuss special promotions that we have not seen, Bill. Your best bet is calling your service provider’s (is it Safelink?) customer service team to discuss the issue. Good luck.
James McDaniel says
You can’t get a hold of SafeLinkWireless or Tracfone; the ‘carrier’, can You Bill. That’s their bate&switch techniques, making it sound great, just can’t actually discuss features or take advantage to the offers.
I guess they’re just scamming the government program, no oversight, no responsibility! You can’t file a complaint with State Attorney General or Consumer Affairs services because they don’t recognize these companies!
That’s probably why they just said “Good luck” to you~~
Free Government Cell Phones says
That’s not true, James. All the state attorneys general are very aware of all the free government cell phone companies. And if you want to make an official complaint, the correct organizations to file the complaints with are the Federal Communications Commission, the USAC and your state’s public utility commission. Here’s an article that tells you how to make that complaint:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/faq/file-lifeline-service-complaint
James says
watch out could be a Scam also
Betty A Krueger says
How do I see if there is a way to get more minutes on my free government phone ( freedom phone) by American Assistance?
Free Government Cell Phones says
Start by checking this page, which lists all the free government cell phone companies in your state. It’s possible that you can find a plan from another company that offers more minutes, texts, data plan, etc.
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/states
Sarah Graham says
How can I change my plan
Free Government Cell Phones says
No problem, Sarah. Here’s where you can find a complete list of Lifeline companies offering free government cell phones in your state:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/states
And here’s an article that tells you how to switch from one company to another:

Chris says
I live in ny and the girl on the phone said iw ill have 300 mins a month even after 5 months
Why did she tell me this
Free Government Cell Phones says
We cannot explain why customer service reps say the things they say, Chris. Maybe it was an honest error, maybe it was intentional deception designed to sign up a new customer, maybe it was just a slip of the tongue.
Rhonda Welsh says
Where can I access coverage maps for specific carriers? We live in an area that has limited connection. We have Tracfone now and we get coverage.
Thank you
Free Government Cell Phones says
You should be able to find them pretty simply by Googling the name of any service provider and “coverage map.”
Danny says
Can i use a tmobile smartphone with safelink? And when i applied the application was the one for the smartphone but i got was the plain old phone
Free Government Cell Phones says
It all depends on the specific make and model of the phone. Not all phones are compatible with all cell networks. So you must call Safelink and speak to customer service to discuss your phone.
Marsha Wallace says
Can you see or did you get my reply or post 3185160843.
Free Government Cell Phones says
Not sure what you’re referring to, Marsha.
Marsha Wallace says

Free Government Cell Phones says
Contact your service provider’s customer service team, Marsha.
Rob Guthm says
Your restraint is mind boggling! I don’t know how you do it!.
no need to publish this.
Free Government Cell Phones says
If it’s ok with you, we will publish it because we’re not feeling very restrained today.
marisa says
Can we pick the phone we want when signing up for safelink? One of your people on the street doing sign ups said so, so I’m here looking all over. My paper says phone will be delivered in 10-14 days?
Free Government Cell Phones says
No, unfortunately, you cannot pick your own phone, Marisa. Safelink, like all the free government cell phone companies, hands the phones out randomly. So the person before you may get one phone, you may get a different one, and the person after you may get a completely different make and model.
Please let us know if your phone arrives in 10-14 days. Most of our readers say it take more like 3-4 weeks. Sometimes even longer.
SALLIE NUMA says
I lost my phone can i still have the same number
Free Government Cell Phones says
As long as your phone hasn’t been out of service for more than 60 days, you should easily be able to get the same number. If it’s been more than 60 days, your account may have been automatically cancelled. Here’s an article that tells you what to do about a lost phone:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/faq/i-lost-my-phone-how-do-i-get-a-replacement
Marcia Haywood says
I understood when i ordered my moms phone they were smartphones…got it today…not !!
Free Government Cell Phones says
The Lifeline Assistance companies distribute the phones on a random basis and we don’t know of any company that will guarantee a smartphone. Of course, you can always upgrade for a small fee.
jerome moore says

Free Government Cell Phones says
You need to contact your service provider’s customer service team, Jerome.
peny clark says
I did not receive my mins. for this month, called safelink, she said I had 2 phones in same housegold, this is not the case, she was very rude, my mom even got on the phone w/her, where are my mins?
Free Government Cell Phones says
We have no idea where you minutes are, Penny. We’d recommend calling back in again and requesting to speak to a supervisor.
Elizabeth Shores says
I was not asked which plan I wanted when I signed up so which plan do I have. I get 500 free minutes a month and unlimited text messages but I don’t know which plan I have
Juliann jensen says
I got a smartphone from Walmart and transferred my number all successfully. But without the “menu” button I don’t know how many minutes I have or how to add them
I don’t see any minute options.
Free Government Cell Phones says
That’s a question for Safelink customer service to answer, Juliann.
Cynthia says
Does it have internet for free
Free Government Cell Phones says
Some free government cell phone companies offer limited Internet plans. If you want to know about really cheap Internet plans, visit our other website, CheapInternet.com, and click on the “Low Income Internet” link. Here’s that link:
http://www.cheapinternet.com/low-income-internet
Elizabeth Shores says
No it does not
Angie Cottingham says
My phone doesn’t have the add airtime heading so how can I add my minutes I didn’t receive for this month?
Free Government Cell Phones says
It all depends on the make and model of your phone and who your service provider is, Angie. Contact your service provider’s customer service team directly.
Tara Rogers says
My phone has been stolen and i know who sfole it and i cant get it back. I want her prosecuted. What do i do
Free Government Cell Phones says
You can report it to the police, but since the phone was free it will probably be a misdemeanor and get very little attention from the police.
But you should definite report it to your service provider so the account can be cancelled. Here’s an article that tells you how to do that:
https://www.freegovernmentcellphones.net/faq/i-lost-my-phone-how-do-i-get-a-replacement
Buchanan says
Why is this program not available in vermont?
Andrea Gray says
I received a phone from you that I never signed up for. I had already had a phone that I have had for 2yrs with the same phone company and now they won’t turn my phone on until I get in contact with you to have you deactivate my account that I never activated. But bc I got the phone that I didn’t sign up for I now am with out a phone until you do. And I would be more than happy to send the phone back also. Thank you
barbara parrish says

BABUBHAI M.PATEL says
I have received free phone from SAFELINK.But it is very small phone and the keys are very small :So I being old man find difficulties in operating this phone. So i bought TRACFONE SAMSUNG GALAXY CENTURA ,But I am not able to transfer my phone number and minitues .on my new phone bought by me.The reason given that it is SMART PHONE so the number can not be transfered.
PW Ng says
You can buy the tracfone sim kit and installated to your new phone. Then goto tranfone web site and call tranfone hotline use your safelink phone number and the new sim number to reactive your new phone.
Ron Buchanan says
If you buy an “Unlocked ” Cell Phone from eBay such as an Android system a No1 X-1 phone then go to best buy and purchase for $1.00 the trac fone unlocked sim cards then CALL SAFELINK TO REGISTER YOUR “BYOF” Bring your own phone you get time number everything changed over . I have done exactly what I have typed here and the No.1 X-1 Phone , Rough service phone is terrific
Kim maith says
Can you keep your same phone number if you switch from another lifeline carrier to safelink
Free Government Cell Phones says
Yes. The process is called “porting your phone number”. Contact Safelink’s customer service or sales department and tell that that’s what you want to do.
Jessica Terpenning says
If I get the rollover plane, how long to do the minutes roll over for? If I have 25 minutes rollover will they keep rolling over every month until I use them or will they essentially stockpile? Like say one month I have 25 minutes rollover and the next 30 to add up to 55. The following month will I get the 55 minute rollover or just the 30?
Free Government Cell Phones says
ALL unused minutes always carry-over. But please be aware that this is only true with the 68-minute and 125-minute plans. In other words, it does not look like they carry over on plans with more minutes.
pamela says
can I upgrade to a new safelink phone even though mine still has minutes on it?
Free Government Cell Phones says
Yes, upgrading to a new phone with the same company should have no impact on your current minutes.
Free Government Cell Phones says
Yes, upgrading your phone with the same company should have no impact on your minutes.
Tabitha Hubbell says
Is their a reason i havent received my talk minutes in two months and no one has an answer for me? And why wont they give me any? Can text and get voicemails but cant make or receive phone calls…..
Beth says
I have phoned SafeLink and you need to reprogram your phone by calling Customer Service.
First they said to try Going to Add Airtime, type in 555. If that doesn’t work, turn off your phone and then back on.
If that doesn’t work, turn off your phone, take out the battery, take out the simm card, wait 2 minutes. Put card back in, put battery back in. Turn on your phone. Go back to Add Airtime, type in 555. Turn off your phone again if nothing happens. Turn on your phone.
If none of this works, Call Customer Service or Technical Support. You can find the numbers on the internet or perhaps on the SafeLink website page.
Hope this helps.
Free Government Cell Phones says
Thanks for sharing that information, Beth.

Karen Hartvig-Nielsen says
Safelink is a terrible company to deal with. Their automated phone service is next to impossible to access; if your particular question or issue doesn’t fall within their selection guidelines, you are out of luck. After hours of trying (on different days, weeks, etc.) I still have not been able to get a real live person.
I live next to the Canadian border so my cell phone doesn’t get a signal. I changed to a 60 minute a month Canadian plan, but my request for a change apparently did not go through as the phone still doesn’t work. Also I sent them a letter requesting that my account be closed, since the phone doesn’t work in the area I live and shop in. It has been two months, and I am still getting notices from them to activate my phone or I’ll lose my minutes.
HUH? I haven’t used my phone for months! I sent a letter cancelling the service yet Safelink is STILL CHARGING THE GOVERNMENT. Assurance had the same issue of no service near the border, but at least they were honest about it. Similar to Medicaid fraud.: It seems like some Lifeline providers are taking advantage of what could be, and should be, an essential service for all.

I went to Dollar General Online and bought an Alcatel Feature Phone for $36.00. When I got it in the mail I called Tracfone and told them the Serial Number and the SIM card number and they transferred my Safeline account to the new Phone.
So yes, they do have the ability to add Smartphones to Safelink accounts. At the time I called, before I bought the phone, the rep said the Droids were the only ones they did not have on line but that was going to change soon.

It took over a month to get mine almost 2 months, then it doesn’t even work and am stuck with it they refuse to help and lie.
My brother got one from them a smartphone and it got all bars where I live. Asked Safelink rep about it they lied and said they don’t have smart phones,. Horrible company in my opinion getting paid by the government for nothing really when they don’t provide what they promise. Good luck to everybody else trying to deal with them, I’m not one to bum or borrow but sometimes I have to borrow others phones to make appointments and etc. They do need other people running this company, someone that cares about people.
Free Government Cell Phones says
Many Lieline Assistance companies DO offer smart phones, but some don’t. If you really want a smart phone, we would recommend finding out which companies in your state offer them, then consider switching your service to one of those companies.

Joyce says
Minutes are added automatically on the first of each month. You need to be sure that your phone is turned ON in order for your minutes to be received.
Michelle says
They have been giving out these phone since Clinton and Bush were in office. It sounds dumb to say Obama phone. Like he is so great and helping out those who need it. I don’t know who started with the Obama phone but it isn’t because of Obama you have your phone.

I would like to upgrade my phone , how can I do that?
Terry Prothero says
Purchase a tracfone and contact safelink. You’ll need to get the IME number off both phones (it’s located under the battery) and give that info the customer service person. They will transfer your account to the other phone. When you do this, though, you will lose any rollover minutes you had on the old phone and will start over with ten minutes. I had to do this because I accidentally damaged my phone. Just make sure it’s a tracfone and not a phone using the android operating system. Otherwise it won’t receive your new minutes properly.

I’m in a wheelchair and my husband is unemployed, he had to quit his job because I needed him at home because I was falling a lot. Then I found out why I had a tumor on my spine. I was operated on and the doctor removed the tumor. My husband is going to college with the University of Phoenix. So it would help us if we had a cell phone.

A few people abuse publicly libraries, schools, and roads, too, but you never hear people crying about that. How? Never returned that book? You abused the library system. Didn’t try your best in one of your classes? You abused a free education. Littered, used snow chains, or driven during a snow alert? You’ve abused public roadworks. All publicly funded programs that your taxes paid for. Instead of beating up people on welfare why don’t you track down all those misplaced library books. It would be a more productive use of your time.
Regardless, explain to me how someone who doesn’t have a phone and a phone number can look for work? What do they put on their application? How do they call 911 if there is an accident? How do they make doctor appointments?
It is fun to abuse others from a position of privileged. Indeed, history has shown that its the American way (there’s so much cheap labor to be found among the impoverished). Fun doesn’t make it right, though.

Tonya says
Maybe the streets sound nice to the lady, but when you lose your job and have no where to go, with nothing to eat because of circumstances that cannot be helped, some people need this program. It is not easy not having all the luxury some people are fortunate to have. I see many in abused situations getting these phones. Would she have them taken away from the women who don’t have a phone any longer, as well.
Mary McNelis says
Want to sign up for free goverment cell phone with free minutes
Michelle says
I would like to know why I am paying for this program by being taxed on my own cell phone bill that I DO PAY for myself! I know not everyone abuses this free program and some people really do need it but when I see on the news that some people have 20 or 30 of these because nobody keeps track of them?? Seriously?? I work very hard at a stressful job everyday serving low income families and when I see how they abuse the programs and all the free things they get?? The families drive cars that are new and very expensive, carry designer purses and wear designer clothing. It really makes me want to quit my job and go on the system so I can just do nothing and reap the rewards. I’m not the only one that feels this way either…there going to be a large backlash in this country. People are tired of paying for everyone else!
julie says
@Michelle You say you would like to quit your job and reap the rewards of welfare. Well go live in public housing for a week and then tell us how rewarded you feel. Then maybe you could see how it feels to have ignorant people judge you on the basis of welfare and what you wear or drive. Don’t judge an entire group of people on the actions of a few. Most of these people do need the help, a select few abuse the privileges. Michelle…do a little more research before you start talking about things you know nothing about.

I would also like an answer to Jerry’s question.

On Plan 2,, 125 Minutes,, I understand that this plan that left over minutes at the end of each month rollover to, and add to the next months new 125 Minutes.
So.
Is there a limited amount of months that the rollover minutes can be added?
or
Hypothetically could ones minutes roll over to add up into the thousands of minutes over many months of rolling over the leftover minutes on one account?
Someone told me that there was a certain amount of months that the rollover thing could be used but searching online I can’t find that rule, or limited RO minutes.
Thanks
jerry

For those of you who can only get your mail at a PO Box, have you tried, using the post office’s street address with your box number like an apartment?
That’s what we have to do here. There is no street mail delivery, everyone gets their mail at the post office.
Example,
Your Name
1234 Walnut Street, #135,
City, State, zip code.
Free Government Cell Phones says
The problem is that only one phone can go to one physical address, too. It’s really a problem.
Michelle says
WHY IS THIS A PROBLEM????? Each address should not have more than one FREE cell phone anyway!
Terrance says
The different box/”apartment” numbers for the Post Office physical address are each a different physical address.

Where can I buy the Safelink refill cards in the Tampa bay area? I used to be able to buy the 3$ and 5$ cards at Walgreens but they arent carrying them anymore. I cant find them ANYWHERE….not kmart, not CVS, Not walmart….WHERE? I cant afford the 20$ tracphone refill card!!!!!

SafeLink Wireless makes wireless telephone service more affordable by offering Lifeline service for qualified customers. Qualified customers will receive a free SafeLink Wireless handset and free monthly Minutes with no commitments, contracts, or bills. If you need additional Minutes, you can buy TracFone Airtime Cards at any TracFone retailer (Walmart, CVS, Kmart, Target, Radio Shack, Walgreens, Rite Aid stores, Family Dollar and Dollar General).

I do not have a telephone and although eligible for a safelink phone I cannot get one because I live in a rural area and only have a PO box for mail delivery. My 911 street address does not register on your (and other) systems. I have even tried to use the street address that I had before 911 changed my address ( which was about 5 years ago) and you all can’t use that either. I contacted the USPS and was told that although my street address is correct with them there is nothing that they can do about my (and many others) address not showing valid. As I have been very impolitely told by your customer service reps you all won’t…under any circumstances deliver to a PO box. I believe that exceptions could be made concerning your delivery regulations based on individual circumstances such as mine . I have exhausted any and all ways of proving my address is a valid address . I have mailed you all a certified letter from the USPS stating that my address is valid although I can only have po box delivery unless mailed FedEx or some other private shipping/mailing service. I have spoke my feelings, thanks. KJ
MELISSA STEWART says
I PERSONALLY THINK YOU SHOULD JUST TEMPORARILY CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AND THEN CHANGE IT BACK UPON RECEIVING THE PHONE… UNFORTUNATELY, YOU ARE LEFT WITH SEEMINGLY NO MORE OPTIONS. BEST OF LUCK SORTING THINGS OUT.
