What if I use more than 250 minutes per month?

At the time of this writing, 250 free voice minutes are automatically added to your account each month. If you run out of minutes before the end of the month, you can buy additional minutes to get you through the month. You can also pay for any extra services not included such as texting or international calls. You can pay for those services at a variety of locations (depending on your service provider) using credit, debit or PayPal.

Inversely, some companies offer rollover plans so that if you do not use all of your allotted minutes, you can roll them over to the next month. I you really don’t have much spare cash to buy more minutes, and need the the phone for emergencies, make sure to remember this phone is a lifeline service so don’t rely on it for social conversations.

    I am on the 30 unlimited account but for some reason they only took $5 out of my account this month. I want to stay on my unlimited account. But now I am down to 17 minutes on my phone which will not last me until the end of the month. I bought a virgin mobile card to add $10 but I do not know how to use it. Can you tell me how to add minutes to my account. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I put 5 dollars on my account for more minutes on my phone it says cash balance not minutes what do I do

      Does the minutes reload at the beginning of each month or due they reload on the date that you received your phone? What if a person can’t remember the date that they received their phone, how will they find out?

      Lost my phone and saddling replaced it with a “similar”phone from what I had. So grateful – BUT I called the toll free number last evening to activate. All seemed to go ok but minutes will not load? I will call your tech support line for help.

    I need more texts through Telscape wireless and they tell me I cant add any texts. I am on the CA lifeline program and yes I am poor but I do have some small money. I want to give that money to Telscape to add more text. 200 text per month isnt enough. Do you here me Telscape, I want to give you money for more text but you dont want my money. Either change the plan, or offer a different plan with less minutes and more text. I dont need 1000 minutes per month, I need more texts per month.

    Safelink sent me a message saying that i would recieve 200 additional minutes as a thank you for choosing safelink on June 21,2014 but i did’nt recieve them, can i still get them now

      Usually I have my mintes by now dont rem3mber my carrier and about out of minutes ehen do I get my 200 minutes for march

    i recently put 2/$5 top up minutes on my phone but am being charged 10 cents a minute, i dont get it i paid $11.70 for 1,000 minutes and got 250 i would like my 750 voice minutes..how can i get them all numbers are programmed.

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SIGN UP FOR A FREE CELL PHONE BUT THE APPLICATION WON’T LET ME. I AM AN ELDERLY LADY THAT FALLS A LOT AND I CAN’T AFFORD A CELL PHONE TO GET HELP WHEN I HAVE FALLING AND AM HURT AND NEED HELP. A FEW MONTHS AGO I FELL DOWN OUT BASEMENT STEPS OF WHICH THERE ARE 12 AND AT THE END CEMENT. LUCKLY MY LEG GOT CAUGHT AND I WAS HANGING UPSIDE DOWN.     i am e mailing to check on balance of mins on 2 of my grandchildrens cell phones because they dont have computers

      I already e mailed you on my 2 grandsons balance on mins for both of their cell phones. my grandsons names are james petersen at 219 james st hagerstown md last 4 digits of social is 2203 and my other grandsons name is brandon petersen at 936 pope ave. hagerstown md last 4 digits of social is 8037. need mins and also need to know if any remaining mins left on both phones roll over to this month of august.
