IMPORTANT: Remember, we are not the cell phone company, but an information and news site about the free cell phone program. We cannot answer any questions such as why your phone isn’t working, how to get a new battery, who your provider is, why it’s taking so long to get your phone, how to add minutes, etc. Please don’t contact us with those types of questions, because we’re sorry, but we just don’t have the answer for you.
Most questions should be directed to your cell phone provider, if you already have a Lifeline phone, or to a potential cell phone provider. You’ll find a complete list of provider on our Lifeline Cell Phone Providers page. When you click through to any of the companies listed, you will find their contact information on the subsequent page.
